Decentralization= accuracy of decision+initiative. Hierarchy chain: IMPORTANT for employees to know where they stand and where they want to be. Clean space, good treatment (fairly) Minimize turnover Initiative: development of gaining responsibilities. Spirit of cooperation- morale, unity, teamwork communication.

Remuneration come from the word Money - mune. Renumeration makes it sound like you're going to numerate something again. the word is Remuneration - pay someone for services or goods provided.
You might want to consider getting a blanket over your microphone like singers use in studios. It is kind of distracting listening to you talking when a loud base is surprising me every time you for example pronunciate the letter P. Try pronunce it in front of a cat`s face and see what it does. Sorry to comment with criticism, but you got some great stuff here! No need for a consultant review to see it. :)
