Wow that's epic Kyle, great job. Would've though with all the panels and labour hours going into this it would have been totalled. Love your vids, well done.
Most impressive. I did not see you put weld thru primer on most of the spot welds though. Why not? Seems like the rockers and fender would need extra rust protection, even with cavity wax.
Damn bro nice shit!!! Thanks for a very detailed video without really cutting things out like usual people do. Great video brother! What does something like this cost without the front pieces having to get done and dash out?
That's where the money is at, don't straighten anything just replace it at the insurance companies expense and it trickles down to the consumers. I guess because the jeep is still worth 50 thousand dollars they don't mind spending $20 thousand.
Yeah that's nice when you got all in new. I actually work on a prelude 1992 and I need to pull all my part from a other car. It take me for ever but will look good at the end!

That was incredible to see how much could be taken apart and rebuild what a master
That’s a lot of work for a Wrangler!!

Quality repair!!
That was crazy! how did spot the weld the lower section of the tail lamp pocket to the qtr panel?
How did you weld the tail light pocket to the quarter without replacing the tail light pocket
Great workmanship 👍👏👏
Wow that’s a lot of work!! How many hours did that take? What’s the brand and part number of the tan paint that goes in the inside of the panels?
So how do you attach the corner panels to the quarters when it's welded, are you just gluing?

Notification squad!👍🏻
How many body hrs for this job?
So what’s the procedure at the rear seam of the quarter? I don’t see any access to weld it back together. Does it just get glued?
What about the yellow durethane in the front of the wheel arch that you dug out? Is that not needed (sound insulation or strength)?
18:51 what is the stuff you use inside the fender? Grease, primer rust stop?
Would you have totalled it? Personally
How do you recreate the foam inside of the structure?
Im surprised it’s not totaled
This would have been an insurance write off in my area. I have no idea how insurance is paying to repair these cars.
Full coverage
How did you weld the quarter panel with the tail Iight pocket?
that's what i want to know look a pig to get with spotter or mig
Damn. I wonder what the total bill was on that job?
Probably very close to be totaled
@@yanicktanguay2746 thats what i was thinking.
They insurance didn’t pay for eco primer in this one 😅
I work on a jeep like that before there metal is strong like a mf , much respect brother 🇲🇽🇺🇸
What.is.nname.of.that.smalll.hand.tool.that.cuts.out.the.weld.spots.lneed.one.thank.you.
Chisel, scrapper, nail puller pry bar, flat screw driver...?
It's an air belt sander with belts for grinding the spot welds. They work great and aren't that much money.
Talk about peeling it apart...
He spent some major calories on this one.
