I love your videos. They're comprehensive, tutorial, articulated precisely and when you do a final walk thru of the steps afterwards... Thank you! Best cooking videos I've come across!
We did that steak last night! Man! You were right. I'll never cook the same way again! That was the absolute best steak I've ever had! Thanks again Coleman.
@@erniehd1940 I am so glad you loved it. The only bad news is, you will never be able to eat a steak at a restaurant again....LOL...You have been ruined. My steak is definitely one of the most requested things my friends ask me to grill for them. The second thing is my ribs. If you haven't checked out that video yet, you should look it up. BTW, make sure you email me your address and I will send you one of my stickers.
I did steaks over the weekend following these step and they were amazing..... My wife was super impressed...... I think I have a new way for the steak process. Thanks for this great video!!!! I look forward to trying some more of your recipes and tips! Great work!!!
Hey Coleman, just subscribed to your channel. Great videos! Quick question, my grill (napoleon pro665) has an accessory infrared burner, would i use that after slow grilling my steaks for 45 seconds each side as you did in this video?
Thank you for subscribing, my friend. I appreciate that. That infra-red burner on the back is typically used for the rotisserie attachment. It does not work well for searing a steak. I would use that side burner for that. Turn it on high, with a cast iron skillet, a little butter, and sear them on both sides, like I did in the video. I hope that helps.
Sorry for the confusion, yes I do have an IR side burner as well. Can I directly sear the steak or do you still recommend using a cast iron skillet ? Thank you !!!!
@mdrajkumar thanks for the clarification. I would definitely use cast iron. I have a square one from Lodge that has the grill ridges in the bottom that give the steak great grill marks. I think I use it in my video. You can pick it up on Amazon. Let it get real hot before searing.

Thanks so much for the paper towel technique definitely going to use that from now on genius!!
It has really helped me. They make special pieces you can buy and use, but the paper towels work perfectly. Thanks for watching several of my videos.
Amazing!!!!!! we all need some more Coleman right now.
LOL....Thank you Sir. Glad you enjoyed it.
So good. Yum! Watching from Canada, stay blessed.
Learned alot in this one 🍺🍻🍺
The problem is, I can never enjoy a steak at a restaurant again. I want to try Sous Vide soon just to see if they meet the hype.
Your property and outdoor area is bad ass! I bet there’s some nice largemouth in that pond!
Thank you, I love it out here. Yes, I have some huge fish in there. Caught an 8.5 pounder this year.

Thank you my friend. The bad part is that you will now always compare all other steaks to yours. LOL
Nicely Done!
Thank you Tom, I appreciate that.

Thank YOU for the kind words. I am so glad it was helpful. I appreciate you watching my friend.
Ideas for future videos: burgers, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, and smoked brisket. 😋
Great idea! I am filming a pulled pork video this weekend but I think my next will be on Burgers. Thanks for watching my friend.
Great job! Lots of advice! Looking forward to grilling out soon. You should do a brisket video next so I can grab some advice.
Thank you Brice! I will start working on one.

Beware, you will never want to eat a steak anywhere else again.

I have spoiled my wife with this method of grilling a steak. She wont order steak at a restaurant anymore. LOL
