4 Nights on MSC Virtuosa. Day 3; Stonehenge, Ship Bars & Hola Speciality Dining

- It’s Day 3 on my MSC Virtuosa cruise and we arrive into Portland, U.K. which, ironically, isn’t all that far from Southampton at all 😆 Anyway, after a cheeky Room Service breakfast, I head off on an excursion to Stonhenge on a 2 hour coach journey. Look, this isn’t the sort of excursion I’d usually do but I’m bringing you a bit of history and culture for once 😂 And it’s my first ever visit even though I only live 40 minutes away and could have had lunch with Maffoo 😆 After this 6 hour trip it’s all about cannons putting me on edge and then of course, Virtuosa - the bars, restaurants, and fabulous speciality dining in Mexican restaurant, Hola. This is one of my favs not to mention the amazing frozen margaritas! Let’s do this day! Tomorrow, Day 4, Bruges and White night.

Absolutely loved the vlog Jamie. I've sort of been to Stonehenge before as it was from the inside of a car on the road when I was last down but we didn't get out as it was pelting it down with rain like no tomorrow. Love pasties. We have the 1 o'clock gun here in Edinburgh and you know it's going to happen everyday but still jump out of your skin when it happens. I jump out of my skin all the time. The food looked delish except all the seafood as i can't eat any seafood as I'm allergic. So looking forward to the next vlog. Hope you and Maffoo have a fab weekend.

If Stonehenge has aroused your ancient stones interest, get thee to the nearby Avebury. Much more interesting than Stonehenge without the extortionate entry fee, just pay parking.

Hope you wore underwear under those white shorts and not made the same mistake as richard. Ge met us over in menorca and went through a flight, mahon tour, and a boat trip getting funny looks. Once we finally got back to our villa he went out on the balcony to have a look at the view and we saw it, greeting us proudly. Very much see through were those shorts lol. 😂😂😂😂
