- It's day 4 of my cruise on MSC Virtuosa and it's all about 2 breakfast-Jamie, Ropes, a day in beautiful Bruges, Belgium (including a canal boat ride - something I've wanted to do for years and managed this independently, without booking on to an excursion), a lovely early evening in the Yacht Club by the pool with a cocktail, fabulous White Night celebrations and party, dinner at the Yacht Club restaurant and some very very very very very naughty late night snacks! Bruges looks absolutely beautiful. Would definitely do the boat tour. And definitely have to follow the laws of eating frites with mayo. All the chocolate looked fab sure I spotted some chocolate that looked in the shape of lego. The food on board looked fab and the pizza looked to die for.

Done that walk from coach to Brugge Town centre a few times now on day trips from the UK. Some lovely shops and, of course, the CHOCOLATE! Thanks for the memory triggers.

Oh I normally lose a bit of weight as I do loads more exercise than usual!! If you don’t do much walking / swimming etc on board I imagine the pounds do pile up
