San Andreas absolutely blew my mind when I was a young adolescent kid. Starting out as a street thug was cool enough, and then I got to travel across different cities, be in ties with the Mafia, Triad, and some weird individual. Never had a great PC to handle open world games like Elder Scrolls so San Andreas basically became THE RPG for me.

Most mind-blowing moment was booting up GTA 4 for the first time in 2008 after coming home from the midnight release. Such a huge leap in graphics/mechanics from GTA SA. Most unforgettable moment in my gaming life.
GTA 4 was such a huge leap on open world gaming that will probably never happen again. I was 13 when it came out so I don't think I truly appreciated how far ahead it was but looking back it's mind blowing it came out 14 years ago
GTA IV is one of the only games that I actually think deserves a 10/10. The story is probably one of the best in game history. The gameplay is so much fun I kept playing for years after release. Both the DLCs are top notch and feel like full games. It's honestly my favorite game of all time.

The most mind blowing moment for me in GTA was playing San Andreas (PS2) for the first time and finding out that I can swim and dive. Also, the Hydra jet.

That is the 1 time I was uncomfortable doing a mission, since I started playing video games in 1979.
San Andreas was probably the best game of the series you went from riding a bmx bike and doing drive-bys to robbing a casino to halo jumping into a rapper's mansion to steeling a harrier jet. GTA: SA is a masterclass of everything that has to go into an open world game, and to be honest, I would love if GTA6 has the RPG elements SA had like hunger, stayin’ in shape and martial arts.
One regret in my life was not playing san andreas following the story on my first playthrough . I was not paying attention to the story and was just playing the game for fun, essentially speedrunning the game with cheats and shit. It took a couple of play-through for me to actually play the game following all the cutscenes and properly following the story. By that time most of the plot twists were revealed unknowingly already. But what a masterpiece of a game, its arguably one of the best games which has the most memorable characters in it, and a well written story spanning across the map with different areas and different storylines. Shame that with all the technical improvements in games we rarely get an openworld experience like san andreas
I liked the whole diamond story that it actually was involved in 3 different gta games! But the cool detail I like is the cook smuggled the diamonds off the ship in a cake and when Bulgarin kills the chef and sets up Luis he puts his head in the cake box that was next to the chef in that cutscene
Y'all should do another part to this. The way that Trevor just killed Johnny (a dlc protagonist) in V was something I wouldn't forget like I really didn't expect that to happen when they introduce Trevor. Kind of a badass way but sad for Johnny
I did see Lance's betrayal coming when I played through the first time. I actually expected it sooner. So when we get to the final mission... I was like " Ah, there it is!". Though it does make saving him in that timed mission in the junkyard sting, all the more and make you wish you could've left him there.
I had already watched Scarface and with Vice City being a absolute parody of both that AND Miami Vice, it was obvious that they were gonna go the route of "ally of main character turns on main character last minute due to jealousy"
I think the greatest moment in GTA is where Trevor is introduced and immediately kills the hard bastard lead character from The Lost and the Damned. Masterful story telling.
This is a Gameranx video about GTA. Get that Morbius shit outta here. It's a dead meme and the fact you went that far to get very little internet points is honestly sad
What never made sense to me in GTA 4 was that the diamonds get thrown onto a garbage truck, but are then later found by the homeless gentleman in a trashcan...think about it for one second it makes no sense...a garbage truck would be going to a dump, not driving around offloading random piles of garbage into trash cans around the city. Anyway, besides that the GTA franchise is my favorite and I pretty much replay these games at least once a year!
The Jetpack mission blew my mind. And then the Hoverjet mission blew it again. And by the time the Casino heist came along I had no more mind to be blown. GTA:SA BEST GTA EVER!!!!

One of my favorites not mentioned in the video, that got me jumpin' of my couch as a kid was in GTA : SA. You go racing in the mountains with the Japanese. In the cutscene after the race I think, CJ is having a fight with his crazy ex Catalina, while Claude (the silent protagonist from GTA III) is just chillin' in the background. I remember going "Oh brother, you don't know what you're getting yourself into". Also the the fact that he still doesn't say a word through the cutscene, cool times..
Michelle disappears so that she can spy on other people, but the storyline didn't end there. She was spying on Niko to gather information about his criminal activities so that she could blackmail him into dirty-working for the man you mentioned, Bernard AKA the United Liberty Paper contact.
I remember waiting for release and reading a PC magazine article about San Andreas over and over again a hundred times as a child. I even used to dream that I'm in the game's world. And the best thing is that it did not disappoint.
I could be wrong, but yknow that mission in Gta V, where you're supposed to extract that dude whos being interrogated from the FIB building, and theres a woman threatening to shove a flashlight up his bottom if he doesn't cooperate? Well I am pretty that woman is Michelle.
GTA IV's Michelle is the same agent sticking the flashlight up the butt of the contracter in the F.I.B. building raid in GTA V. *Guess she got promoted.*
Ryder and Big Smoke at the top of the list! Those two were comic relief to me when I first started the game, but when Cesar called CJ, it did seem like something interesting was about to happen. This reminded me of that mission in GTA 3 when instead of returning to the big boss, you got a call from that prevented you from going there and getting not only betrayed, but killed as well. Unbelievable twists in stories are always good when done the right way. Thanks for the video. Very much enjoyed it.

Never had the chance to play multiplayer in GTA 4 with how busy I was with college and small jobs. Once GTA V came out with GTA Online, despite the very rough start, being able to wreak havoc with your friends in Los Santos still impresses me. Till this day my whole fam gets on and we play the 6 player missions, TDM 3V3, car racing, etc. It finally felt like we can share the experience we had playing GTA 3 and 4 together, especially with the heists.
I remember 1st one and being well impressed thst you flew to a different island. But what gets me more, is how much better I remember the graphics looking than how they actsully looked. (On all games)
Lol. The brain does some crazy filling in for us. Still to this day I'll play a game think it looks great. Years later play the sequel or some other game. And all of sudden that last game just doesn't look good enough. I do love it though when I do take this into account. I end up think wow. The graphics where better than I expected. Not remember. Imagine the girl who spies on Niko in gta4 gets to be the protaganist for gta 6 and we learn about how the government agencies in gta world deals with shady stuff and maybe she gets to travel to diffrent gta maps as well
Most mind blowing moment in my GTA history is discovering and unlocking the Hydra and listening to kdst while doing crazy stunt under the bridges and dogfights with other jets.... Also discovering how to fly the DODO in GTA III was an wonderfull experience bit frustrating but wonderfull
GTA SA blew my mind with a couple mind blowing things: 1. The car customization (NOT at pay and spray) 2. The on couch co op 2 player you could have done! Sure it shared a single camera view for both players, with a distance limit. But WOW 3. The ability to workout.
I love your videos ❤️ Btw i think you forgot to mention that Michelle actually appears in GTA V in the mission where you have to rescue a witness from the FBI building, she is torturing that guy with other agents it's pretty funny!
Maybe I am just a spy nerd, but I saw Michelle being a cop really quickly. The type of questions, the amount of them. The apartment where everything is new.
Didn't Michelle appear briefly in GTA V? I forget what the mission was called but I remember it has to do with Michael in the Helicopter sniping at the FIB building and she's someone you can shoot. I think it's even a mission challenge.

San Andreas really offered so much too the series and still stands up to this day I play it through once every couple of years.
Games that’s just stacked with amazing moments, are really rare to come by nowadays…
Johnny went out sad, man. But it introduced Trevor as an absolute loose cannon
Wish we could of has a mission or two with Johnny before Trevor killed him
Reminds me of Abby and Joel 😙
They also bring her back in GTA online for one of the heist DLCs. She indirectly mentions Nico too
The jump from san andreas to gta IV was the craziest shit i'v seen in my life, the work that was put into gta 4 is fucking amazing !
I did see Lance's betrayal coming when I played through the first time. I actually expected it sooner. So when we get to the final mission... I was like " Ah, there it is!".
Though it does make saving him in that timed mission in the junkyard sting, all the more and make you wish you could've left him there.
I'm always surprised that people didn't see it coming.
I was probably 13, I didn't see it coming and was shocked. How could Lance Vance do dis to me 😔
I had already watched Scarface and with Vice City being a absolute parody of both that AND Miami Vice, it was obvious that they were gonna go the route of "ally of main character turns on main character last minute due to jealousy"
I think the greatest moment in GTA is where Trevor is introduced and immediately kills the hard bastard lead character from The Lost and the Damned. Masterful story telling.
I will never forgot the day when Tommy from Gta Vice city said "its Tomming Time" definitely one of The Gta Moments ever
That was absolutely legendary. That’s why tommy is the best protagonist from rockstar
💯 one of my favourite genders
When did he say that. Can't remember that🤔
@@omermasovic6018 morbius pun?
This is a Gameranx video about GTA. Get that Morbius shit outta here. It's a dead meme and the fact you went that far to get very little internet points is honestly sad
What never made sense to me in GTA 4 was that the diamonds get thrown onto a garbage truck, but are then later found by the homeless gentleman in a trashcan...think about it for one second it makes no sense...a garbage truck would be going to a dump, not driving around offloading random piles of garbage into trash cans around the city. Anyway, besides that the GTA franchise is my favorite and I pretty much replay these games at least once a year!
The San Andreas trailer with Welcome to the Jungle backing it up will always be legend.
That jet pack was insane, one of my favorite parts of that game!
For sure. The jet pack takes the game, to a whole new level.
Hell the fact that you had a Lowrider shop in someone’s garage, the normal shops & then a specialized tuner shop was awesome
I always thought San Andreas jet pack was just a cheat code, so when I finally got to that Area 51 mission later on in life my mind was indeed blown
The Jetpack mission blew my mind. And then the Hoverjet mission blew it again. And by the time the Casino heist came along I had no more mind to be blown. GTA:SA BEST GTA EVER!!!!
Flying to Liberty City is number 1 for me. As a high school kid, that was literally mind blowing. I got to go back to the city where my 3D adventure began! I couldn’t believe my eyes. 🤯
I told my friend if he flew far enough off the map with the helicopter in GTA Vice City he would end up in Liberty City. He was extremely disappointed
Now I feel like playing GTA 4 again. Masterful game.
I would have really liked a remaster of that game
@@MyManJFKTV Apparently one was in the works--or at least planned--but the reception to the utter garbage that was the trilogy rework encouraged them to cancel it. They were also going to remaster Red Dead Redemption 1 in the process, but that got canceled as well. What a shame.
@@salchipapa5843 - I know, man. It’s a bummer, and Rockstar’s output of previous generations has been emasculated beyond belief. They’ve become the GTA and Red Dead Studio and put games like Warriors, Manhunt, Max Payne [although R* and Remedy are in the process of bringin’ Max back in a remake], Oni, Bully, Midnight Club, State of Emergency and more on the back burner.
@@salchipapa5843 that’s because the majority of rockstars buyers are children and they want gta5 and 6. Why do you think RDR2 hasn’t been fixed? They don’t care, they’re main audience is too busy on gta 5
Really becoming addicted to your daily videos keep up the good content !
Make a top 10 worst deaths in video games.
Thanks for your suggestion
Omg yes that would be agreat video please do it.
Ps. Great idea dude🔥🔥
@@omermasovic6018 thanks !
It will just every murder from manhunt lmao
@@SteakBoss1 if not it might at least top the list lol
Love how the list is filled with VC, SA and 4.. Proves that those 3 games are the best of the series for a reason..
Billy's betrayal in 'the lost and the damned' was another good mind breaker
I mean, arriving to San Fierro for the first time was also mind blowing
I love the fact you guys mostly used the cutscenes of the og versions of the 3d games instead of the trashfinitive edition's
I fell in love with Big Smoke after his food order!!! The betrayal hit hard after that lol!
wish i could go back in time to play these first time again. So many good memories.
Keep up the good work (nice upload scheduele-also sorry if i mispelled anythibg im Serbian)
👍🏼
One of my favorites not mentioned in the video, that got me jumpin' of my couch as a kid was in GTA : SA. You go racing in the mountains with the Japanese. In the cutscene after the race I think, CJ is having a fight with his crazy ex Catalina, while Claude (the silent protagonist from GTA III) is just chillin' in the background. I remember going "Oh brother, you don't know what you're getting yourself into". Also the the fact that he still doesn't say a word through the cutscene, cool times..
Nothing can beat Ps2 and San Andreas.. Absolute masterclass
Michelle/Karen Daniels from GTA IV is actually featured in GTA V as the IAA interrogator who is beating Mr. K with a flashlight
Michelle disappears so that she can spy on other people, but the storyline didn't end there. She was spying on Niko to gather information about his criminal activities so that she could blackmail him into dirty-working for the man you mentioned, Bernard AKA the United Liberty Paper contact.
Michelle should have been taken out. She got away for no good reason.
I remember waiting for release and reading a PC magazine article about San Andreas over and over again a hundred times as a child. I even used to dream that I'm in the game's world. And the best thing is that it did not disappoint.
GTA V, the LSD trip / slow fall while hearing the people in your life complaining about you
Really makes you appreciate the storytelling and ambition these games have. Should’ve mentioned GTA5 DMT Aliens
I could be wrong, but yknow that mission in Gta V, where you're supposed to extract that dude whos being interrogated from the FIB building, and theres a woman threatening to shove a flashlight up his bottom if he doesn't cooperate? Well I am pretty that woman is Michelle.
1. It's the IAA building and yes she is Michelle/Karen
Number 10 made me wish the first Pokémon game I had wasn’t emerald, it musta been so dope to see the og map in the Pokémon gen 2 games
"You never go to another place in an open world game."
"Am I a joke to you?" - Skellige
Thanks for taking my advice, Falcon, and not sounding so monotone in your videos. 10 years in the making.
Ah the best moments from the best games. I recently re-bought 1-4 and SA, so I'm now looking forward to playing them more than ever. It's great to look back on these things.
at this point. I think San Andreas deserves a Netflix Documentary. like how did they pull this off. I want to hear in depth from the team who made it
also does anyone remember that big smoke never fires back at the ballas because he was eating?
Never had the chance to play multiplayer in GTA 4 with how busy I was with college and small jobs. Once GTA V came out with GTA Online, despite the very rough start, being able to wreak havoc with your friends in Los Santos still impresses me. Till this day my whole fam gets on and we play the 6 player missions, TDM 3V3, car racing, etc. It finally felt like we can share the experience we had playing GTA 3 and 4 together, especially with the heists.
San Andreas is still a brilliant game even now. For its day it was mind blowing.
I like the Mix between the Original and the Remastered good job 🇩🇪🍻
awesome work as always
Michelle is actually in GTA5 in the FIB building mission.
I always loved when you were able to buy properties in Vice City, I thought that was epic!
Lol oh memories making us bias of the past. Atleats that it sometimes comes off to me.
Imagine the girl who spies on Niko in gta4 gets to be the protaganist for gta 6 and we learn about how the government agencies in gta world deals with shady stuff and maybe she gets to travel to diffrent gta maps as well
Hey falcon I love your commentary this was a great video buddy
Yeah the whole liberty city mission in San Andreas is awesome. Best believe I got out of that map barrier. Explored all I could and loved it.
This is the feeling I’m never going to get back from another Gta game 0:49 to 0:52 the music the atmosphere just unbelievable
My childhood franchise❤️
Most mind blowing moment in my GTA history is discovering and unlocking the Hydra and listening to kdst while doing crazy stunt under the bridges and dogfights with other jets....
Also discovering how to fly the DODO in GTA III was an wonderfull experience bit frustrating but wonderfull
Love ur vids rnx for the awesome content
GTA SA blew my mind with a couple mind blowing things:
1. The car customization (NOT at pay and spray)
2. The on couch co op 2 player you could have done! Sure it shared a single camera view for both players, with a distance limit. But WOW
3. The ability to workout.
I was blown away by GTA VC , i was a kid and played for 6hours straight.
What about the moment gta 6 footage reached the internet- aHh good times
I love your videos ❤️ Btw i think you forgot to mention that Michelle actually appears in GTA V in the mission where you have to rescue a witness from the FBI building, she is torturing that guy with other agents it's pretty funny!
👍🏼
You are by far the best teacher for soft soft . It's very complicated at first - overwhelming, actually - but, you make it doable for
San Andreas is probably one of the top 5 if not 1 of the greatest games ever made
That flying to Liberty City was really mind blowing. Just awesome.
Very nostalgic.
What about on San Andreas, when you do the car races and you see the main character on GTA 3
Maybe I am just a spy nerd, but I saw Michelle being a cop really quickly. The type of questions, the amount of them. The apartment where everything is new.
Goat games, goated channel
I have no idea how you guys can keep doing this but keep at it. Great video as always guys.
All thanks to your support
Didn't Michelle appear briefly in GTA V? I forget what the mission was called but I remember it has to do with Michael in the Helicopter sniping at the FIB building and she's someone you can shoot. I think it's even a mission challenge.
Yes, that was her in the building interrogating someone.
@@MrHammerhead08 ahh Thank ya for confirmation bub. Wasn't sure I remembered it right.
