This is one of the few Akihabara Arcades that still have a DDR machine. To get there: Exit Akihabara station at the "Electric Town Exit" and continue straight towards the main street (its huge and geeky). Turn right, but do NOT CROSS the street. Continue straight. On your right, after a series of small stores, you will see a 6 floor red-colored arcade (possibly blue, don't remember) with bright crane machines. Its rather large and open on the first floor. Climb on up to the music floor.
