Battle Network 2's battle theme will forever be iconic to me. The amount of time I put on the game making different combos, S ranking the Navis numerous times, and beating the game over and over again just to watch the ending credits theme 😢❤️
Listening to this makes me so happy haha. Considering how many hours I logged in MMBN2 as a 15 year old, the Virus Busting theme has a special place in my heart.
So hyped for the battle network collection. 😎 Thank you for posting this and I'm thankful to Capcom. Praying Lord willing they do MegaMan Legends next and potentially do a Legends 3.
I like it too although I think it would have been even greater if Megaman could also wield a Scythe as well, ngl. If not in normal form then maybe with the Cross Beast Out Idk, it's just a little detail.
I like how megaman battle network 6's cross designs decided that they didn't need to do anything to the legs to make megaman look cool and just said fuck it. We don't need to redesign the feet.
Gods it's been so long since I played this. I was lucky enough that my older brother owned a GBA and that he knew someone with a copy of Team Protoman. It was my first Battle Network game. My brother grew out of his GBA so it was basically mine and I was happy even though a fifth of the screen on the bottom left was dead. The thing's CMOS was also broken so I could never turn it off or else it would delete the save as I've learned the hard way several times so it was kept on charge when I didn't play. Despite that I managed to finish the game ( that quirk thought me that you could turn it off and on quickly you could still retain the save). I would finish the rest of the games on an emulator once our family got a computer. When Iris and Colonel died and the screen went black detailing the future of Lan and Megaman, May , Dex and Yai I cried and was a depressed for a few days.
Anyways I like how the first few names were all really creative but then they ran out of ideas and just went with "battle start" before straight up reusing "battlefield" from 4.5
I think Lan’s story is pretty much done. If they ever decide to continue the Battle Network series, I’d want it to have a bigger time skip so it can be about Lan’s son Patch and his Net Navi MegaMan Jr. (yes that’s what he’s actually called).
If you slot a Battle Network 1-4.5 on the GBA slot while playing Battle Network 5 Double Team DS, it changes the battle theme to a remix of the slotted game.
@@Baazeron That and if you had a Boktai game in the GBA Slot (I don't remember which one, I think it was was Boktai 3 : Sabata's Counterattack) you could access to an event which rewards you with the Sol Cross (it looks like the Sol Trance from Boktai 3 and it changes the Chatged Buster to the Gun Del Sol)
you know how god awful MMBN4 battle theme is when MMBN5DS only remix the 4.5 version. If you gonna reply to me by saying "I enjoy MMBN4" or trying to defend it, stop it! Get some help! I'm not really into MMBN series so I dunno if any of the entries bad, but I do remember enjoying the heck outta MMBN6
