Shows a level of awareness that they made the change at the end of the programme. £10 grand! not much is it. I suppose it was easier to give money to research because then the govenment didn’t have to mention sex even though education at that point was the key to stop the spread.

I think that it had more to do with giving tax payer's money to 'homosexuals' and not just sex, although that was challenging enough!
