Reverse hair loss (alopecia) with these dietary hacks!
Many are told that alopecia hair loss is irreversible. Some are put on steroids or have steroid shots injected into the scalp.
What is less discussed is the fact that gluten sensitivity can be a cause for hair loss and alopecia areata. A gluten free diet change is often times necessary to overcome hair loss.

I had covid pretty bad in November. Fast forward to February. My hair started falling out severely. I had androgenetic alopecia for years before this so now I have almost no hair. I am considering trying a gluten free diet for inflammation

That is what happened to me 20 years ago, hypothyroidism with no explanation why. Just take that pill and all will be fine, Not! I have gained weight with that medication and haven’t slept a good night since. I’m pretty angry about this at this point! I know that I have to do this by myself because I do not have any drs like you in my area.
    Thank you Dr.

Very informative thanks Dr. I was losing hair for more than 20 years and got no help from my doctor. I realized I had to take matters in my own hand. What helped me was doing a parasite cleanse after going GF for more than 15 years and no improvement in HL. Then I did the bodybio minerals test kit and take the minerals that it said I needed. I take food research mult- vitamins, vitamin C, 8000 IU D3, k2, Lugols iodine, and MSM. I also take thyroid gland supplement to help raise my body temperature. Now on wash day I loose 20 hairs instead of 2-300.

Finally, a serious video on hair loss. It seems it doesn't get much attention. Thank you! Btw do you think there is a connection between iron deficiency, IBS,candida, white tongue and Telogen Effluvium? My Dr told me candida can't cause hair loss :( and can't cause problems in healthy adults...

I've been losing hair since my celiac disease but it's not patchy hair loss it's just diffuse hair loss and on my edges.

My hair loss was caused by caffeine intolerance and vitamin D deficiency. I quit caffeine and spent more time outdoors ( more sunshine = more vitamin D) and saw substantial hair regrowth. I guess the causes of hair loss can vary from person to person.
