Great guide. I tried so many v8 elation runs with Feixiao/Adv/Robin/March unsuccessfully. But then after trying remembrance (still with feixiao team), I managed to beat v8 first try (tho the run was still dicey at times) a few days ago. wish i saw this guide earlier haha
elation is op because of the delay and speed up blessing. tried it with full FuA team (Feixiao, Hunt March, Moze, Aventurine), and it's literally just your turn every time (maybe lingsha is a more consistent fua than aventurine. need to try that)
i remember i had to use hypercarry ratio but it just wasn’t good enough in that mode. was rly close a few times tho. i can def see elation deleting the enemies if u got the whole fua team. but if it’s ever their turn, goodbye hp
@@yun3_ all you need is basically the skill point blessing, the aftertaste blessing, and delay blessing. I followed your advice on finding op remembrance blessing and it's crazy how great it works especially if you can freeze people because when they're in recovery state you can delay even more lol

@@yun3_ also if you get lucky with propagation blessing where you inflict spores every time you use skill, it's just mad how elation can just synergize well with other blessings too. but yeah i can see how the run can easily get destroyed because the elation path is super offense-focused.
ty :) i wouldnt mind higher difficulties as long as they scale the other equations right. all the equations are viable at v0, but at v8, many of them and their big “nukes” only deal a few % of the bosses hp which is just not enough if that is ur win con imo

I think erudition + remembrance is very similar to destruction(break) + remembrance from my experience. There are loads of 1* and 2* EQ’s that buff ult dmg and buff dmg to frozen enemies. Silent hunter is busted with that as well because stacking remembrance dmg with aoe ults can often have the entire wave wiped from a single ultimate. Acheron does it best but himeko, jade, maybe even argenti could all do it just as well given the right blessings and equations. Also a specific 2* erudition blessing is basically required for single target fights (aoe attacks do bonus dmg = an additional 40% of the aoe dmg when used on a single enemy). I’ve 1 shot a p8 unbroken argenti because of this blessing with Acheron before.
One thing I forgot to mention is fu xuan actually becomes pretty viable in p8 with erudition as she can use brain in a vat to instantly gain 2 passive stacks from 0. I’ve found that she never gets 1 shot if you have the right blessings and brain in a vat stacking basically makes her Invincible
I just went with feixiao team with preservation elation/hunt 3 star equation and the destruction blessing that splits damage (upgraded for damage reduction). I then went to town and first tried it lolol. I also did grab Balloon Merchant equation so that i can spam aventurine's shield
dang 3 3* equations 🫠ive only had 1 run where ive gotten 3 3* equations but only expanded 2 of em cuz the run died when i decided to fight the mirror maiden. i know feixiao is apparently super strong in this mode bc u can spam ults bc of the brain in vat. i havent tried preservation yet cuz i dont have aventurine. how gud do u think it could be using only someone like gepard?
@@yun3_ the thing with gepard is worrying about his shields depleting before you can ult again. Even with aventurine I can only sustain a certain amount (against bosses that has summons and attacks very fast such as argenti and swarm) before aventurine’s follow up refreshes the shields back. So gepard is meh. There are also some blessings that provides shields if you lose HP/get hit
ive used double sustain with gallagher + gepard before and could barely out sustain the mirror maiden. but i took way too long and she got enraged, and then proceeded to one shot me ;-; but it was honestly rly impressive still. i will try an abun or preservation run soon tho

P.S The 3.0 patch added an Insight mode that makes the run easier, but do note that the account profile titles that come with the completion of each of the protocol level isn't conferred if you have Insight Mode on. Still, I used it on Protocol 7 to unlock Protocol 8 and switched off Insight mode for the final run to get my Trailblaze title.
nice :) my friend asked me what insight mode was, which i ngl dont exactly know what it is besides that it made the mode easier. i got to tier 100 so didnt rly need the 2x xp
@@yun3_ Oh, Insight Mode Increases final dmg dealt by allies by 50%, and decreases dmg taken by 30%. When entering a domain, receive 1 random blessing, 1 random curio, and 100 cosmic fragments. Pretty useful to speedrun through the lower protocols and get the final title at V8.
I have Past, Future and Present as the final boss and for some reasons they’d rarely dissociate or even freeze at all… I use a Firefly break team with the Remembrance/Hunt Equation and the 3* Remembrance blessings. Does anyone have advice?
That’s super strange bc they’re the only boss in the mode with 0 CC resist. The only thing you need for dissociation should be the 3 star remembrance blessings. I will say for the boss fight itself, you are mostly relying on the break to freeze/dissociate blessing. the 6 atk to freeze blessing may take a few too many hits in the mode where they hit like a truck. hope this helps :) will fua if you have anything else👍
dang. cant counter if they're frozen🥲They level ur characters if u wanna try some characters like xueyi while doing this, tho maybe dont do it on the hardest difficulty xd
no no 1000% go the break route, esp if u got boothill. though xueyi will work just fine. just make sure to use harmony trailblazer tho cuz a lot of the destruction blessings focus on superbreak specifically 👍
Hello, I don’t have enough time to dedicate an entire video over it like this one so I’ll try to make an detailed lil guide here. The most important thing will be the equation Phantom Thief. When it the new mechanic takes its turn, it action advances your first slot member and make their fua deal an A LOT more Aftertaste dmg for 4 dmg instances. there is a certain window of dps as it has a “time limit” ofc, pair it with all of the elation blessings u normally get. your personal damage later on wont matter too much as your damage will mostly be coming from aftertaste. as such, we also want to pair it with other stuff that can let us get more after taste. this is where the weighted curio “Parallel Universe Walkie-Talkie” comes in where it makes some characters ult count as FUA. if u can pair that with other erudition blessings, ur golden. right now, the cyclical extrapolation actually has really nice weighted and normal curios. if u want to beat dif 8, now would be a good time. hope this helps. i can answer more questions if u have any 👍
Not a fan of divergent universe gold and gears and swarm disaster are way funnier since you can use path blessings much earlier meanwhile boundary equations feel impossible to get. Also I tried this strategy and got the worst luck 2nd plane boss was yanqing and 3rd plane boss was Sam but I still won just by playing cautiously and brute forcing with firefly, harmony mc and Gallagher break damage and ruan mei action delay
i was fine with swarm cuz the scaling back then wasnt too bad. the high level of G&G made imo the only type of run possible the captialism route which imo was not fun at all to do. ive only gotten 1 boundary equation iirc which was the destruction one, and i dont even remember what it did ;-; lmao u had the same luck as I did in my video. If u do have the full premium break team, full break is much easier than the remembrance hybrid that i went over in the vid. U just do that much dmg, u should try it out if u havent :) good jorb in ur run tho 😤
I cleared all difficulty’s of gold and gears and swarm disaster with propagation path Qingque. She truely is a beast there but I couldn’t get the same strat to work in divergent universe, it might be the lack of quantum weak bosses or maybe not having the boundary equation for propagation
i never rly used propagation but just remember that their win button gave like A LOT of sp for someone like QQ to use. if i had to assume why propagation may not do too well, is that if all its dmg came from your own dmg and not spores dmg, amping ur own personal dmg isnt that good in this mode, which is why hunt doesnt do good in high Diff DU. i havent done any spore or propagation stuff for this mode so i cant say for certain
When going at it using non break/ using crit dmg, yes, i struggle too. JL can barely beat the first plane unless i maybe expanded an equation and get pretty lucky. so kinda. if u are using crit, expanding an equation or two may still be rly tough, but doable
gotchu. the only equation you can expand which is useful at that point would be wastelander. if you can expand wastelander by then, which is very doable, it can make it go from easy > very easy or from hard > ok
for remembrance, u actually dont go any effect hit rate for ur characters unless ur like using gepard skill for freeze. this strat purely will rely on the 3 star blessings and silent hunters second half for dissociation. we also wont be reliably freezing the bosses bc they have such high effect res and cc resist we cant do anything about (besides the nihility 1 star blessings). this is why we focus on freezing the common enemies to the bosses side and treat them as like explosive barrels against a big boss :)
the laurel curio lets u lose that fight if u can get it in the shop or random occurrence. so u can honestly try to get that curio to beat the 2nd boss as half of the enemies dont really spawn goons. rng on the bosses def can be rough, esp if u get sam on the last plane which is honestly a run ender for many
Hunt blessings are pretty good but unfortunately the equations aren't that great. Spore equations is pretty bad too tbh. Hopefully they buff crit and spore DMG in the future.

Do you think Nihility is a viable path to effectively beat v8? I think the equation with erudition makes it scale really well later in to the fights, but somehow it's still difficult even with a sustain like aventurine
Nihility basically goes all in with DOT, and if you're using DOT, I would assume it's pretty viable. I unfortunately dont have dot units so I cant truly verify. Twinb has done a lot of runs for DU and perhaps they can help u out. True all the crit blessing form the hunt is absolutely trash in every simu mode. Sure you can tolerate those in regular simu or planar farming but no amount of crit/dmg bonus can save you in high protocol mode. Hope in the future they do a rework for hunt. Maybe add some blessing that increase skill dmg multipler instead of just stacking dmg bonus and crit value

that is e1 firefly not a blessing ;-; for non e1, u can still get a lot of turns alternating skills and basics with Sovereign Skybreaker

ive had this run the nihility run this week, its so insanely strong, kafka 3 hits all 3 phases , it was crazy
Erudition/nilithy debuff equations and blessings for acheron that's what I used on v8
Dot got WAYYY better this DU update with block builder (stacks up to 267% bonus atk% for dot dmg) and other extra dot focused equations.
Is this guide usable in v6?
yep. v6 is easier with enemies having 3x less hp than v8 iirc so this strat will still murder them👍

Maybe add some blessing that increase skill dmg multipler instead of just stacking dmg bonus and crit value
agreed. it was okish in swarm disaster but that mode had waaaayyy less hp than high protocol lvls iirc
