I love Chef Sandy Daza! Noon hanggang ngayon. I’m happy that I can still keep on watching him on Casa Daza in Metro Channel. He makes cooking fun, easy to follow, and bonus pa when his very good looking children join him in the show.

Magaling!!! congrats Mr. Chef Daza... i like the style of cooking and the overall videos. yung quantity ng ingridients naka include na while watching. and napaka easy ng procedure. and yung discussion hindi boring, may sense at hindi O.A and the advantage of this videos is,even foreign people can do this dishes, madaling maunawaan. hindi kumplikado beacuse Mr. Daza. speak english / and a bit of tagalog while cooking.
Sir same thing we do our braised pork at home but we dont add ginger and nspring onions coz it somehow changes the profile. We would add bay leaf and dried orange peel as well a stick of vanilla bark and some vinegar in the initial stage. Also as avariation, we would add cubed yam or gabi. As the prok cooks, the gabi will disintegrate and will make the sauce thick. Or instead of gabi we add fried tofu and hard boiled egg
Thank you so much Mr. Sandy for always giving us nice and yummy recipe! ang dami ko na pong naluto gamit ang mga recipe nyo and it was a hit sa mga friend ko akala nila magaling ako magluto hahahha... at dahil po yan lahat sa mga recipe nyo and masasabi ko po kagaya ng lagi nyong sinasabing "trust me" indeed I truly trust you! dahil nasubukan ko na po na lutuin ang maraming recipe nyo. I’ve tried Korean chicken twice using 2 different soy sauce (silver swan/kiko man) I switched soy sauce beck it was too salty. I didn’t put mustard bec I didn’t have any and I really don’t like the taste of it.

I don't fry it, just seared and turn it over to toast other side, so it's less oily.
