That was a lot of green seasoniong/pepper sauce for Tri tri already tiny don't want to overdo the seasoning. It's not going to take a lot for the season to soak in Tri tri. other seasoning is being added. Green/curry season has a lot of season blended. I'm from SVG had Tri many times and the season be over powering. All this need a bit of lime/lemon, salt/ blk pepper, onions, sweet pepper, curry. Green season can be optional, maybe 1Tbl spoon. No need to use both garlic & onions. If using garlic maybe use half a glove.
People call it both. And Vincy Creole varies depending on what area you're from. She and other country people pronounce it like that. Neither pronunciations are good or bad. One is not better than the other. That it how we Vincies talk. Llow e ooman ello!

This is a really good recipe on how tri tri is done, they go nice as a side with eggs for breakfast.

Yes please and we also used salt fish/cod fish as well. Remember to boil the salt out the saltfish and put in your herbs and seasonings.
