Watching him skate the no swoosh/sample all courts and massive anti hero boards reminds me of 2014 Cory - all the Fourstar videos (crocodile done deal), Bru Ray Re Bru. all the SOTY trips (PHAWT NAWSTY), that SOTY contenders interview from aaages ago on Thrasher, and even the Chronicles 3 vid too. Also reminds me of showing all my mates his footy at the back of class and watching them trip out on all the no comply shit and goofy shit Cory used to do. Notable trick was that one time on that Crocodile done deal trip he was skating over some volcano transition at a park and flipped the board onto his back and then popped it off his shoulder and landed back in the transition - I used to try replicate it at my local haha. Watching him skate the All Courts is so nostalgic too. I remember when those dropped and I was so fucking excited to get a pair for myself. I had been obsessing over them before they were even mentioned to be his pro shoe and I didn't even believe it when they were announced to be released. So many good memories and so much love for skating around that time all thanks to Cory. Shout out to you Cory, you tha man!
