    I sublimate on the dollar tree wooden cutting boards, no laminate sheet. Works perfectly looks amazing

    The easels sublimate perfectly, I have done several with amazing results. There was not enough pressure applied on yours.

    I have sublimated on the glass cutting boards using the laminating sheets and they come out perfect. Thanks for your testing!

      I’ve never seen the laminating sheets used before. So adding one layer of that creates an instant layer that can then take the sublimation?

    My suggestions would be to us heat tape, especially on the pillow. And, to use a pad or cushion in the shoe to keep the heat farther away from the bottom.

    You could have put a pillow in there on the sandle to keep the heat it off the rest of the sandle.

    Dollar tree has 100% polyester pillow cases that sublimate fantastic. I have also sublimated on the satin pillow cases. Not sure yet how they will hold up with washing though. I'm planning on trying sublimation on the new soft headbands and sleep masks. Also baby blankets and makeup bags

    You can use cardboard and place it inside the slipper to protect the rubber and glue from the iron or heat-press … hope this helps ❤

    Why would you sublimate onto glitter card stock when you can just print directly on it?

    Do any of the dollar tree non-fabric items need to be sprayed with anything or prepped in some way?

    On the white board, is it the kind that is framed along the outside with wood. And more hallow in the middle? Meaning it's just that canvas material in the center? Because it looks like the kind that I had tried this with.. it was an art board/canvas from the Dollar tree also. Ìt had more support all along the edges from the wood, but no support in the middle, just the canvas material stuff. and it came out just like yours did. But then i used one of those pressing pillows for support in the center and it came out perfect. I hope you're able to understand what I'm trying to explain 😜lol. I can make the simplist thing sound confusing as heck.. anyways i think if u use one of those small pressing pillows right in the center ir wozld turm out great. Let me know if you try it , and if you do, how it turns out for ya.. Thank you for experimenting on all these items. A few of them i was thinking about trying this next week. Lol.
    I'm sure happy i ran into this video of yours, saved me the time and mess. But now I'll just have to go find some other stuff to Experiment with. Thank you again.

    I thought you were going to use the mini press. Why did you use such a big piece of butcher paper?

    • @MaggieC-P
      @MaggieC-P Год назад +1

      That’s what I thought too. I wonder if the bag would work any better with the mini press. Or, if there would just be a smaller melted area.

    • @pattikolb9586

      @@MaggieC-P I think I would use the mini press and just enough butcher paper to cover the design.

    • @SupermansCaramel

      You need a printer with sublimation ink. If you've used regular ink jet ink in it before, it won't work. There are inexpensive Epson EcoTank printers that can be converted.
