hexblast of contradiction has a crit rate that does not require sandstorm visage. However it uses the target's highest resist for the damage. Inquisitor is uniquely able to ignore resists completely on critical hits which is now easier to do with the higher base crit chance of the skill.

It's so crazy to me, that now that I'm watching your video 4 days after you post and poe.ninja is so totally different. The top 5 builds you're looking at aren't even top 5, and only 2 is in top 10.
Yep, it changes, but that's half the fun of it. I usually wait until the number of builds is at least 2/3 of what it normally ends up being at the end of most leagues, but still - yes, it changes...
@@GyrotexGaming yea, I'm just trying to figure out a good "end game" build to do. I went ghazzy zoomancer and I'm starting to hit a wall with my damage. I need something that does good damage, and these minions are just sucking.
