Hey thanks Jenny! That's awesome, I didn't realize people clicked through on other peoples comments. Thanks for swinging by and checking the channel out! Also thanks for the kind words :D

Wonderful list! Ive been following each of these guys for quite some time now. You essentially nailed the list for my second video. Haha. If you look back at last years trip to HK on BHT's channel you will see him sporting many of the Two Stops tees 😉 Take is a great guy!

Wow, thanks so much for mentioning us man! You're a legend :)
Totally guys! Im happy to help anyway I can, and this is one of the ways I can. lol. Keep up the great work!
Hi Nick great video as usual. Found out quite a few new film channels to follow, thanks to you. I have been following few others which i would suggest you and the other members to have a look. These guys are also amazing. Ben Horne , Ted Vieira, Azriel Knight, Negative Feedback, EduardoPavezGoya and ForesthillFilmlab (amazing channel). Keep up the great work.
ForesthillFilmlab hates digital so much that he claims that there's no such thing as digital photography and flat out lied about film is always cheaper than digital. He also justify his elitist claim by reading books that are publisher no later than 1987.
Hey Somsuvra, glad to hear you found some new channels to follow because of the vid. The channels you mentioned are wonderful. Ive been following all of them except for Azriel Knight. Ill look up that channel this afternoon. Thank you so much for the recommendations, and the kind words :)
Shannon, Travis definitely has strong opinions on photography and the whole film vs digital debate.
Nice list! I'm already subbed to a couple of them and looking forward to checking out the others.
WaywardAce definitely check them out! These guys are doing great things for the film community!
Thanks for the recommendations! Didnt know Shawn Brezny shoots in Chicago
prufesuroak he has a couple different vids from Chicago. He's mentioned to me before that he tries to make it out there as often as possible.
great video. followed them all! thanks for the recommendation. I like Negative Feedback
Roxanne Salinas awesome! I think you're going to really enjoy the videos these guys have planned! Exciting things are on the horizon of film channels here on the tube! And I agree NF is such a great channel! They are putting out wonderful content
Karsten Runquist and Monika Gobaira are also amazing film youtubers I have been following them for almost three years now and they are truly at the top of the game :)
this is cool ! not heard of loads of these guys before cheers Nick . EduardoPavezGoye is totally worth following to !!
stuart robertson I love Eduardo and his channel! I almost added him to this original list, but capped it off at 10. He's going to be on the next list for sure
Also thanks for your comment and suggestion
This is a good list .. i was following Negative Feedback, Matt Day and EduardoPavezGoye but there are really cool channels on your list .. will check them out :)
btw love your channel as well but that is a given :)
Arnoud van Houwelingen haha thanks man! And yes Eduardo and Negative Feedback both put out wonderful content! They will be on future lists for sure! Thanks for your kind words and feedback! I really appreciate it!
Yo man thanks so much haha pretty much everything that goes wrong is water off my back life goes on :D
That's what I love about you buddy! So easy going!
haha try my best :D
Another channel I have been watching recently is ruclips.net/channel/UCDfSDGTQAYwEcB22Cq_P2ggvideos (Analogue Adventure) he is starting out and goes to some amazing locations. The second part of his latest video is really nice, like the colour grading on the footage and the photographs are excellent. Stay inspired :)
Very cool, I just looked at his channel. He is putting out great content! Thanks for sharing buddy!
Joey has such a rad channel!! He is definitely going to be on my next list to share. Have you heard his podcast? He has some really rad interviews on there! Thanks again buddy
No didn't know he had a podcast, will check it out thanks man 😊
thanks for this vid! but you missed negative feedback :)
I didn't miss them, I just didnt include them on this list. I capped it off at 10 and wanted the first 10 to be creators I have a personal relationship with. They will make one of the next lists, haha
There's more channels to take a look at, some of them are great:
-Dachene
-VanDan
-AwesomeCameras
-NegativeFeedback
-Mike Janik
-Foresthill Film Lab
-Analog Series
Hope you like them.
lxchance thank you for sharing. I follow 5 of them now. 3 of them were on the docket for the next vid I make like this. I will check the other 2 out!! Thank you for your suggestions 😊
Do check out Erik Wahlstrom - ruclips.net/channel/UC8a1kQF2DdXiTu1ucRvOhxA
Erik's channel is great as well! I've really enjoyed following his film journey! Thank you for sharing :D
I don't know how folks here might feel about this one, but if you're into or thinking about or interested in large format "alternative" or exotic process photography, like wet plate collodion and that kind of stuff, Borut Peterlin is well worth checking out. Also if you're interested in certain types of darkroom processes, like making albumen prints or split toning and things like that he's also good to watch. He himself is quite a character (Top Shit Happens!) and he is, lets just say a very big personality. But just loves what he does, he's a great artist and I find him inspirational and interesting to watch. I know we want to keep it film related but I feel what Borut does is in the realm.
I'd also second Negative Feedback for sure, as well as Eduardo Pavez Goye. Forest Hill Film Lab, Andrew Moneyhon and Mike Janik are also really, really good.
Hey thanks for the suggestions Steve. I will have to check out Borut's channel. It sounds very very interesting haha. I hadn't yet heard of Andrew Moneyhon either. Ill check his out as well. As always the suggestions are very much appreciated! I look forward to seeing these new to me channels! Thanks buddy
Yes, Borut is my fav! You should watch his video so that he won't sell his kidney (if you've watched him too much, you know what it means haha)
haha. I'm still catching up on everyone's recommended channels. It sounds like Borut is quite the character. Lol. I'll watch through his vids soon indeed! Thanks again
Nick Exposed his video on "best camera for the job" or "infrared photography" are entertaining yet informative, what he did there is just so random
Funny you mentioned Matt as I would have though most of us know you thanks to him.
Some other great channels:
Ben Horne (you cannot mention large format without mentioning him - don't do that again! :) ) - ruclips.net/user/benhorne
Art of photography (does also digital but includes film and probably the best photography channel on RUclips) - ruclips.net/user/theartofphotography
Nico Llasera (very different vibe ; the gent does a lot of homework for his film photography news and for his live show trying to answer any question people might have about film photography) - ruclips.net/user/nicosphotographyshow
Lina Bessonova (because we need ladies in our world ; her videos are different, thus interesting ; her pictures are as nice as she is) - ruclips.net/user/linabessonova
Wonderful suggestions. I love the content Ben and Ted put out! I recently came across Lina & Nico. Their videos started popping up in the suggested videos box on my home page. These are great suggestions. Thank you for sharing!
Also, I figured most people would be aware of Matt, but incase someone was living under a rock I figured I would share his stuff anyways 😂
Erik's channel is great!!
Nick Exposed otherwise any chance to get that video on DIY straps before GOT new season starts? :)
Nicolas that's a good question. I have no clue when the season starts, so I don't know if I would be answering truthfully. 😂 I will say it's on the docket as one of the next videos I'll be making. It just requires more time and editing than stuff like this. So I have to make sure I'm adding it in my schedule where it makes sense.
What!? No Azriel Knight or David Hancock?
It’s not a comprehensive list obviously. Haha plenty more out there as well. These were just at the top of mind when making the video. Thanks for sharing
Let's do film instagramers?
+Joe Portlock yes that's a fantastic idea!
Check out Alan Brock, Ben Horn and Erik Walhstrom all good channels and good people.
Hey thanks for the recommendations Dennis! I hadnt heard of Alan Brock yet, I will definitely check out his channel! Ben and Erik are awesome!
No David Hancock? Between him and Nico there’s no one who knows more about film photography.
#Blessed
Andrew Cenci you rock buddy. Hopefully I didn't butcher your last name too much. I went searching through your vids to see if you said it, but didn't find anything 😂 I did find your video interview for your college. I don't think I had realized you were a believer. That's wonderful!! I should have figured from how upbeat and positive your vids always are. 👌🏻👌🏻
O no! Sad you found that, the goatee was a rough look, haha. Yeah! Actually moved to Louisville to start Seminary! You didn't butcher it to bad, going to be working on a new video this week, and will make sure I say it in there! Really appreciate the love!
Haha Ill be sure to look out for the new vid for future reference. And that's awesome that you're going to seminary out there!
I actually found photography when I moved down here, and decided to pursue that! But if it wasn't for seminary bringing me here, there is no way I would have found my actual calling!
Oh man thats awesome! How long ago did you get into photography then? By the quality of your photos it looks like youve been shooting for years!
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK !!
Totally! Those guys are killing it! Thank you for sharing
NegativeFeedback tho :(
Meaning they should have been on the list?
Yeah, he's a favorite of mine
But the list was good, I actually just discovered Matt Day
Totally, Ill include them in future episodes like this 👌
Most of RUclipsrs you've named are hipsters.
Haha, who isnt a hipster these days! I think we live in a hipster world, its no longer a type of person, but instead just the reality we live in. 😉
Who isn't a hipster these days, you ask? let's see...mmm... Any man who doesn't wear very tight pants, or anybody who aren't PBR-drinking, fair-trade coffee-sipping, flannel-wearing, artisanal wannabe bohemians who looks like they belong in an Urban Outfitters catalog. In fact, one of the hipsters(ForesthillFilmlab) hates digital so much he said that there's no such thing as digital photography and he tries to prove his elitist point by reading books that are published no later than 1987.

Oh thats perfect, because none of my friends that I listed in the video fit that description. haha. We get it, you dont like hipsters! Each of the people that I listed are personal friends, and whatever you want to call them I still stand behind what they are doing, creating and sharing with the community. Hipster or not, these guys are wonderful!
