This video is really just a reality check, and I received it as tough love. You need a plan that is sustainable but restrictive enough to work. That means different plans for different people. But the plan has to work. Weight loss isn’t easy, but all it takes is a good plan and a serious commitment to the plan. Good video.👍
Like Dave Ramsey says, "If you will live like no one else, later you can live like no one else." People need to shift the way they think about food. It's not for pleasure... it's about fueling your body.
The scriptures say a lot about eating and feasting with Jesus. It’s more than just fuel. Many Jewish festivals involved eating with joy and pleasure. You’d have to take a sharpie marker to so many passages to come to that conclusion.
Fantastic book. Great input in the video. Went to bed hungry last night but I fought for that 7:30 boundary. I didn’t sleep as well as I needed but didn’t wake up and rush to the fridge. Grabbed my tea and left the kitchen. My stomach started growling and I’m just sitting here thinking “How little can I eat and not hurt myself?” -- I’ve got 25 pounds to lose- use to be 104 soaking wet, now I’m 150. Not sure what my weight “should” be since I was also pretty comfortable at 125. 104 seems like a dream. How do we know if our goal is realistic or not? How long does one keep up the “challenge?” If I go back to regular eating, won’t I gain the weight back?
If world ate healthier, gardening, world consumption would go down, big pharma would be put in check. Lol. And farmers would be back in business. ❤. If 4 years, eat in 20 min window on refeed. Love it. Find what works for you.
