Maybe it’s just me, but instead of having hundreds of thousands of dollars tied up in exotic cars that will depreciate like mad in a few short years living in a sh*t neighborhood, I’d get a nice place in a nice neighborhood that would gain in value, and suffer with _just_ a nice car.
