I've always loved Digital Bath and was just looking for a drum cover, but instead stumbled upon this.... I haven't been listening to anything else but all Trisha's available Deftones renditions today. What I really love is that she makes these songs entirely her own ethereal landscapes, beautiful use of the guitar fx there. Also love the fact that while lots of singers (especially these days) try to sound in a certain way, she is doing her own thing (and sounding good), which makes these performances very sincere. I see that Trisha hasn't posted anything new since last year. That's a shame, would love to hear more!

So good, but when you cut to the scenic footage I started to get emotional. I couldn't think why I was on the verge of tears, until afterwards I remembered a dream I had a couple years ago. I have a sister in law who is from Nepal. Her family owned a hotel high in the mountains. Some years earlier there was an earthquake that destroyed their home, leaving them homeless for a while before my brother and father traveled there to bring her here to USA where she married my bro. Her sister also is here now living with them. Luckily her family in Nepal was able to rebuild a new hotel, but we all hope to visit them on the mountain someday. They miss each other terribly. The dream I had was just about this future visit. It was one of the most beautiful dreams and feelings I've ever had... Thanks for reminding me of it
