It's been years now and I'm just now being able to listen to them without having urges or flashbacks. Such a dear band to my heart. No other band can capture emotion quite like Deftones can...and you have absolutely nailed the feels for this song and quite possibly made it better! Just found this channel, liked and subbed. I came here trying to see other people doing this sonc (started today) and damn I'm jealous, I sing kinda high for a guy but when the highest "feel like more" comes up, I can technically reach it (not easily though), but my voice sounds really bad in this pitch range. Anyway your cover is beautiful and passionate, I really love how you arranged it, particularly when you play with the semitones to give that tension sound. I might add there's a little too much reverb and not enough drive/distortion on the voice but that's nitpicking
