This was great. Until she started singing I wouldn't have known what song she was doing. She made it her own and did an excellent job of it. If I had been in the audience I'd have been the one guy going crazy while everyone else politely clapped.

This is one of those covers where everytime I listen to it I can't help but always think "I wonder whether Deftones themselves have heard this and what they think of it" Another great Deftones cover in case maybe you haven't heard it. Check out Natalie Lungley and her brother covering "Be Quiet and Drive" If you love this cover of Change I think you will love that too. It's about as old as this upload and I'm pretty sure that watching that back in the day is what led me to this cover of Change. ^^

The effect this cover had on me, holy shit. It's made me cry mtiple times now. I don't know if it's the memories that the song invokes Or the method in which the song was approached The frequencies of her voice Idk I can't explain it But it's the most beautiful cover and prime example of one's self expression within a cover Through her eyes and her mind and her voice God damn I'm stuck out here with my unit in the Mojave desert I'm an artillery sergeant for money, musician for life And it's been the most peace of mind I could get out here.
