I just got he Eos R6 and the RF 50mm 1.8 and this thing is really sharp, super impressed with the image quality. Straight out of camera even jpeg it looks great. People asking if I have the new iphone 12 because it looks so good. While autofocus is perfect for stills, the lens is not good for autofocus in video
Thanks for sharing. I haven’t used it for video but I used the 50mm 1.8 for a bit during a party I went to for fun and I noticed the AF performance was slower than what I’m used to. I normally always use my 70-200 f2.8 for professional shoots. It isn’t really fair to compare their AF performance but it is good to know what your money is buying when you use the 70-200
@@poutineitup9510 I shot at a pool party with group shots and portraits and every shot was in focus, i thought wow, this never happens! It may be because I got the r6?
Where is the discussion of the image quality, comparisons, and examples? Is this really a review, without a discussion of the most important element of photography?
Definitely should have shown examples and put up videos of it performing.
