And Destiny was super disingenuous when he said "do you know she ordered all of her emails to be deleted?" Obviously she did, it would be very odd to have a private email server where your tech arbitrarily deletes all of your emails on his own whim, that would be the worst email service in existence. What Trump did was a mishandling of confidential documents, what Hillary did was a mishandling of confidential documents. One under the threat of extreme scrutiny and punishment, the other not at all.

Problem is that no one saw the evidence being alleged. The situation doesn’t actually seem viable considering this is the same DA who made a scum bag lawsuit case on a rape accusation and was caught red handed taking bribes from political influences. No public file of the video was shown but somehow the media has a transcript of what was said in the video? The truth is that there isn’t enough evidence to make a clear case just because a DA tells news stations something that in a court is called hearsay arguments and we are all grown adults and should set the bias aside and ask if there was real evidence that News have access to than why can’t regular Americans see the video as well? Why are they filtering the evidence so much that they don’t even release the video of it but instead have a written transcript which every news media has somehow made contradicting claims on with different transcripts…

The intent to create an Email server that would hold these specific files had me confused. It's like saying i learned to tie my shoes when I was a kid so I could run from the police when I committed a crime as an adult.
It is just conformation bias. They already know, or think they know, that what Hillary did was corrupt and criminal. And therefore, the creation of the email server itself shows the criminal intent. They think that the server was created solely to 'do something corrupt' with classified documents. But then they can't get over the fact that the email system the federal government provides is very annoying to use. And that people have professional and private devices. And that people just started using alternative ways to bypass the official system for convenience. They just refuse to accept that, because then their argument would collapse. And what exactly Hillary wanted to do with those classified emails is beyond me? I guess make it easy for Russia and China to hack it and read along, while getting paid off somehow? Mentally ill conspiracy nutter stuff.

I haven't watched all of it, so maybe Connor doesn't step in for Brianna the same way, but Rob and KOE both constantly talked over Destiny and Dylan.

What frustrates me as an independent. I DO see an issue with a two tiered justice system. I have an issue where just cause someone in government doesnt go after Hunter, or goes light on Hilary, or Trump or whoever, that means we cannot bring it up and just move on.
Both sides do this. Right now its the democrat backers that will ignore bad things they do in the past once they cannot lie about them anymore.
But I KNOW Republicans will do that too once they CAN like they did during the Bush administration.

Destiny needs to make his own Rob Noer-esque conspiracy theory to show how easily you can weave together random information and rhetoric into an unfalsifyable narrative that conveniently confirms every personal bias you could possibly have.
Gotta be careful with that one. I had a friend who believed that 9/11 was an inside job. I pulled up a bunch of fake sources and created a few to support the conspiracy with the intention of showing him how easily he can be tricked by not verifying sources. It didn't work. In fact, he now believes some of the fake facts that I found on the internet regarding the inside job.
I once convinced a bunch of Trump supporters that Jill Biden killed a kid while driving drunk and they believed me without any evidence and even started reposting the story.
It just doesn't work.

The Conservative argument seems to be; "It's hypocritical to prosecute someone for a crime, since other people also committed crimes."? Or am I being dense (not from the USA)?
What I take from that argument is that there needs to be consistency. If you're not going to go after them when they clearly did similar things, why go after this person now? It wouldn't be as big of an issue if they had previously prosecuted others of the same.
But one can only change the future, not the past, no? Consistency can only begin in the present, if it hasn't been practiced in the past.

Destiny and co. are arguing that the inconsistency in charges is because the crimes are not the same, as the big difference is potential negligence(Biden, Hillary etc)(not a crime) versus intentional misuse of classified documents (trump) based on the quotes of knowing they were classified and sharing anyway + intentionally hiding his possession of them and asking lawyers to lie on his behalf about him having the documents.(a crime)
Even if you give them their claims that Hillary is guilty, because one person the cons have a vendetta against got away with crimes, so should Trump. I'm an hour deep into the debate, maybe they'll state they want justice if Trump is guilty, but I haven't heard it yet. Lacks principles.

Also last time I checked the FBi were busted for not only being used to investigate political opponents of the dnc but also been under severe scrutiny and investigation still to this day for even treating any of their own fbi agents like criminals leaving hem destitute refusing to let them work elsewhere. The situation involving government abuse of power been evident several times. Or in your eyes the members who presenting a current lawsuit against the fbi for bad practice and political discrimination.
Destiny is also wrong about procedures about classified information. You must turn over your tools used to view classified documents and emails to properly erase the material for security purposes. The fact destiny backpedaled into a projective what aboutism to try to claim the cellphones are old. The phones weren’t old. The cellphones used were specially modified to have private access to email clients. The system works just as fast on an iPhone 5 as it would the newest iPhone. The funny part is that the phones that were smashed weren’t old and destiny didn’t even know about the phones existence prior to the mentioned statement he said.

Destiny was 95% right about when emails are sent they’re gone point at 1:05:00. The email server stores the emails on a hard drive true but so do most devices that use IMAP like your phone. I’ve built my own email server and when taking it offline the devices logged into it (like my phone) still had what emails were sent prior to the server going offline. So, even if you want to make the document is = to hard drive argument that still wouldn’t satisfy because they would need to track down every device that ever accessed that email server so Destiny’s right about the ‘it’s out there’ argument but it seemed he didn’t have the knowledge to argue that clearly.
