Nice demo Harry! I am thinking of buying the MB "Throttle Box" , but I now have a Bogner "Red" pedal I use a lot and your demos have given me lots of Ideas of how to get more out of it

@Dario Santa Anna: Yes, you can record wit hit, as long as you have an interface with emulated output, like a pod. You can NOT use it as a direct-recording device.

man, i think you forgot the boost option that the pedal has INSIDE THE BATTERY SPACE... there's a difference when on or off so try that out.... awesome pedal, just got it

had this pedal, is pretty good but doesnt have enough mid cut or tone cut. I now own a wampler Sovereign and its WAYYYYYYYYYYY more bitey, and cuts though and it can CHUGGG

The best tone is with the mid-cut at between 9 and noon but you skipped over that in 3 seconds.
Not everybody wants heavily scooped mids.
In fact my friends have a saying, "Friends don't let friends scoop mids."
Furthermore, the sound is muddier with the mids scooped, not the other way around.
It would be good if you could try to demo the products with everybody in mind, not just some.

Awesome pedal and video etc, yet I have to agree the delay is epic, super wondering what it is, made the whole thing sound like ten times better, I'd never turn that one off ha
The guy can certainly play, but the box is painful to listen to. I have a Boogie amp and love it. This sounds like an average crappy fuzz box.

In this video, the pedal Throttle sounds like heaven!!!... Nice review!!!... BUT, when i buy it today sounds like crappy fuzz low quality pedal :'( my gear is: BC Rich beast modified with Emg 51/60 pickups and a Marshall MG 100fdx (transistors) WHY IS THAT??? TRANSISTORS? A tube amp or head it's gonna be the solution by far??? Help please!!!

Cristhian Peñaranda If you have a good clean sound from the amp when the pedal is off, then its not the amp. As long as you don't have the pedal going through the fx loop. It should be in front of the amp
+Cristhian Peñaranda if you are placing it on your pedal board (if you have one) make sure that you ensure that there aren't any issues in your chain. Also if you are using a 9V to power the pedal make sure it is new, OR use a Voodoo Lab power supply. If all of this fails check your audio cables. often times shorts in the cables really effect the sound. Hope this helps!!!
you have a pedal that is like caviar and you are putting it into an amp that sounds like a cardboard box full of shir.
go buy a used tube amp,even a valveking or anything tube(ive bought these for well under $200 used) and set up a nice clean sound,then run the pedal through it.
get rid of that shitty Marshall transistor amp or even buy a marshall avt or rube pre amp.

I think SansAmp GT2 sounds way better
I use a throttle box into my MB recto-verb 50. I gets a little hard to tame sometimes, but gives the amp that duel rectifier sound. I like that even at its highest gain setting it still remains as tight as a frogs ass.
