De Digitech Screaming Blues is een pedaal met een milde distortion en overdrive. Het pedaal is perfect voor gitaristen die hun eigen toon van hun gitaar en versterker willen behouden, maar toch ook reageert op de dynamiek van het gitaarspel.
Wanneer zacht gespeelt wordt is er een subtiele overdrive te horen, voor rijke harmonien en sustain dient u enkel de gain omhoog te draaien. De speakersimulatie kan gebruikt worden bij het direct opnemen of versterken vanaf het pedaal.

Wow - - that is like the perfect pedal workout. *Really* informative. (Thank you, Harry Maes.) First, he's a super good player. Second, he's using a guitar with some badass pickups: a gorgeous crunchy humbucker in the bridge position, and a thick, creamy-sounding P90 at the neck. (Not some skinny-thin Strat pickups, like everybody else - - those just don't do it for a pedal like this. But, *Best of all* - - I love the way he cycles through the controls quickly, in small increments, so I can really hear the full range of effect for each of the controls. That is *so* helpful. The fact that his playing is badass is bonus fun! - - Robby

I love this pedal. I own a bunch of OD and dist. pedals and I must say i use a fulltone full drive 2 set with the gain very low and click this pedal on over the full drive for my solos. It is a lot more edgy then any pedal i ever herd. I have compared this pedals tone to BUDDY GUYS last two cds and it is very close to that sound. not his exact tone but his edgy guitar sound.

if you are thinking about selling this pedal, don't it really cleans up a humbucker! works great as EQ and these have gone up like crazy on reverb for some reason....
