Starmer won with a smaller vote share than Corbyn received in his last elections. The UK electoral system is bizarre.
The game is FPTP, Starmer won the game. If it was PR voting tactical voting would have changed, I and millions of others would have voted differently.

There are many of us who have absolutely no interest in football and indeed some of the fan behaviour that goes with it. However, I respect Southgate and hope that he gets the win his heart and soul deserves.
