Apologies if the audio sounds a little bit fuzzy towards the end, my microphone was super sensitive and was picking up background noise!!!!!!

I added a few things to this boxed cookie mix and it turned out pretty darned good! They weren't fluffy, but they were soft and not grainy at all.
-heavy whipping cream instead of water
    -1/8th tsp powdered stevia
    -1 tsp vanilla extract
    -1 egg
    -1 tsp beef gelatin
    -handful of chopped walnuts
I read comments from others who said they just switched out the HWC instead of water, and really liked how it came out. Others said they added sweetener and liked it. Someone added an egg; another added beef gelatin. I thought it all sounded good, so I tried it all and it worked for me. Well worth the $6 I paid for it.😊

I used HWC instead of water. That helps with the grain taste. I also added peanut butter to 1/2 of the mixture. Talk about Absolutely delicious! Next time I'll add SF caramel. The possibilities are endless!

That all sounds so good! I thought about using HWC, but decided to make it as the box says, glad to know it improves the texture. I will have to try all these suggestions next time. I love pb n chocolate chip cookies. :)

Hi, I tried them too. I call it the KETO TAX. They say it's because KETO ingredients are more expensive. (Almond flour vs. traditional wheat flour) but I think they just know the fewer carbs the more people are willing to pay for them.

I did these and my dough came out like chocolate with no chip. Like wtf did I do wrong?

Thank you for your honest review, I tend to think that, all the big companies slap KETO on anything, and know they can get away with the high price of them.

The ingredients cost more is the main reason for price discrepancy.

These were on sale at my local grocery store, so I purchased them. I replaced the water with cream and added a dash of vanilla. Baked on a non stick cookie sheet 350F for 12 minutes. I let them cool down before tasting. I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Mine were soft, but held together - so crispy cookie people be aware.

So glad I read your comment before putting mine on the cookie sheet, I already added a little truvia! Now, vanilla extract, in you go!

Added about a teaspoon and a half of monkfruit/stevia drops its a liquid mix I bought at my local hyvee. I also added a teaspoon of beef gelatin. These came out amazing!

I swapped the water for vanilla extract to tone down the almond flower/coconut flower taste. My only gripe is they don't get crispy at all.

I wonder what can I add to keep it from having a grainy texture?
