Trying my new Cast Iron Pots || Meal Prepping || Chicken Masala Curry and Peas Pilau / Matar Pulao

Cast iron cooking - Trying out my new cost iron pots that I’ve received last week.
Watch me cooking chicken masala curry and matar pulao (peas pilau rice).
Ingredients below 👇
Chicken Masala Ingredients:
3lb chicken off the bone
2 medium onions (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup oil
2 cubes ginger garlic paste
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed chillis
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Handful of fresh chopped coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies (sliced)
Julienne ginger
Matar Pulao Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice (washed and soaked for 20 minutes)
1/4 cup oil
1/2 onion thinly sliced
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
3 cloves
5-6 black pepper corns
1 black cardamom
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cube garlic ginger paste
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
1.5 cup water
