Hmmm, perhaps they’ve changed the kit, all I received was the pegs 2 washers and 2 small snap ring clips

Have you found that they lose some grip over time?
Not at all, they are serrated and I’ve found them to be pretty amazing. I still ride all seasons btw even in the rain lol
I would appreciate that I was going to re use the stock pin and install the clips they sent, however I am not sure where the washer would go as they are larger than the pin. Thanks in advance
