LYRICS:
Check it out
Just see it, just see it
So what’s getting in your way?
Better get out now
Just leave it, just leave it
They can’t hear a word you say
And all of his chances are slim
And nobody wants to be him
The time has come to work it out
It’s stormy in the North
But karma in the South
He made a vow
To be it, to be it
So even when no-one cares
They showed him how
To mean it, to mean it
It sure can get cold out there
And all of his chances are slim
And nobody wants to be him
The time has come to work it out
It’s stormy in the North
But karma in the South
Step back, let the packs attack
Well the tongues are jet black
But you’ve got to spit back
Relax Jack, it’s a natural fact
If the mass can applaud
Then the mass can attack
Ow!
And all of his chances are slim
And nobody wants to be him
The time has come to work it out
It’s stormy in the North
But karma in the South
It’s stormy in the North
But karma in the South

I don't know how I missed the Wildhearts on my musical journey over the last 40 years. They are fucking great.
@@Marathon97 Especially throughout the '90s Ginger's been a hell of a songwriter. Earth vs Wildhearts, PHUQ, Fishing For Luckies and Endless, Nameless were some of my favourite records to come out of 1990s UK. Screw Oasis...
@@ndesdsadfd I don't think another human being on earth has ever said Endless nameless was one of their favourite albums 😂 fair play to you though.
God bless the Wildhearts! 🔥💙🖕🏼🤟🏼
Agreed Gerard! The finest band on the planet!
Indeed
This song is my ringtone!
love how they filmed at Newcastle Central Station, they could have just used generic train footage but they did the Toon right :)
Always loved this video-think I was the right age when it came out
The Wildhearts should have conquered the world. No idea why they didn't. The music industry is bloody weird.
