I would totally agree, trust your Spyder.I in the UK I can come out of a roundabout and straight on the throttle and the speed and acceleration it un beatable !

it was an RS. Not many people make a back rest for it anymore. You'd have to search on ebay or classifieds and stuff like that to find one.
maybe they still make an Ultimate seat for the RS? I'd check that out too.
