@Elijah Mercer Because I think either there is an algorithm that looks for the copyrighted song, and maybe it can't find it with another audio track playing, or at least not as accurately? Or that there is possibly that to play the copyrighted material, there has to be something else playing. So it's not solely the owners material? So it can't, or is harder to rip the audio file and take the work? I really don't have a 100% answer. I just personally think it may have something to do with covering their bases from copyright strikes.

It's technically 3 notes, but that's only for the guitar, if you count bass and drums, there's 6 notes on the first beat. This is because the guitar plays open E and then the octave power chord, bass plays open E and then the drums have the kick and crash. Sorry to crush you with these facts and knowledge

So yes I may get that first beat better than others, but Jared's musical influences seem to be based in thrash and metalcore, which is why people expect him to get that one.
