Hi! You mean a hoop?
I have very little experience with hoop. I can imagine that you can do many similar shapes on hoop, but the technique, the combos and the transitions would be different. You’ll have to adapt these to a different apparatus, so I‘m unsure how much you‘ll get out of these clases. The class Bendy Shapes though should be easier adaptable to lyra ruclips.net/video/HZIjpjw6mxU/видео.html
