How do you wire it to a exit sign! And has slots for remote heads! Where do I get the wire from and whats it called?

What’s the max length of wire you can use to connect the remote head to the unit. For example, if I put the unit at the top of the stairs, and need a single remote head in the middle and at the bottom a single remote head in a 5 story building.

That is a great question! You can google "voltage drop calculator" to find a free tool to help determine how far away you can get.
