Definitely Barry's true mentor. That too he really learned how to be a hero from. He really learned everything other than running, from Oliver. Most people cry during his brutal lessons, even mad dog acted like a little girl, but never Barry. Even got him back, for the bolts to the back lmao but Oliver only had to teach that lesson ONCE to Barry. He was Barry's big brother, his 5 Star general (which Barry inherits, from Oliver) you can see, that nobody else takes the lessons for Oliver, like Barry Allen. He even is slowly becoming him throughout the later seasons. There were moments in season 7, where he was exactly like Oliver. He would always apologize, unlike Oliver lol but he would come down hard. That was refreshing. Every time he acts like Oliver, it's a treat. Especially if Diggle is there, who finally realized, Barry is basically his little brother, by default. And he takes up that role, once Oliver passes. Becomes the bigger brother, but Barry no longer needs the mentorship.
This episode made me kinda cry .......... When Oliver said : Ramzee , you failed this city ...........this was nostalgia x99999 ....finaly a best epiosde after season 5.... A;ways remember this series......THe best SERies= THE FLASH
