Yay it worked thank you! I watched some tutorials before but they didn't mention the public & private settings so I kept failing without knowing why. Thank you for making such a detailed tutorial.
This worked well. You can also upload images to your PC directly using this method. This makes organising your photos much easier! However, I have partitioned my drive and created a 25gb U:// and although I can see the drive I can’t access its content. Does anyone have an answer for this?
This is wonderfully helpful, though if I’m logged into my pc with a Microsoft account will it want that username & password to connect or will it be my pc’s pin login? thanks
@@jensmanalo3626 u know mine was just solved after deleting the local account in windows and smb server in ipad and restarting ipad and re doing the whole process again and now its working fine.... may be its just bug,glitch dont know ...😀🙂

Most people will need to put smb:// at the beginning and then the server and path
i can't connect mine, the error says "There was a problem connecting to the server. Socket is not connected." pls help

Worked like a charm for the first times. Then eventhough IP or nothing else changed, doesn't show files anymore
