I think its up to pilot's decision to choose between CONF 3 or full for B+Y. Obviously normal procedure would be to use FULL, as it doesn't call for a CONF 3 in the QRH, however you could argue with only 1 elevator left, with high energy through CONF 3 might provide more elevator authority with faster speed. The impact on landing dist from FULL to 3 is not a game changer neither.

Adequate airport provides some facilities such as long rwy length, ATC, firefighters, tow trucks, etc. suitable airport is an adequate plus weather minima (minima ceiling: 800ft for non- precision and 600ft for precision). So we can land in an adequate with just only rwy minima (I mean appr minima for CAT), right? And we are advised to do emerg land where having airline base and providing equipment for maintenance, right?
I have no idea whether if we should use flap 3 or full. And why airplane advise to use flap 3 when green and yellow fail? I think the previous vid doesn't explain it!
    Thank you so much, Cap!

That is right on adequate airport and yes suitable airport will depend on the weather conditions. as for the minima it will depend what approach you are doing in which we will have to refer to the charts for the MDA/DH and also Visibility. Yes that is true, landing in an airport with ground support/airline destination or base is ideal. Okay so with Flaps 3 and flaps full, the speed for correction in the QRH is very different for this B+Y HYD Failure. So you can see the section of the QRH under landing performance, go to the hydraulic section, and see what is Delta Vref we need to add? and how will that affect us?
