I'm not earning from it yet for the business in 1yr i can be able to expand, So land as the first investment can really stop 🛑 your Cashflow.

Some reacting emotionally and not reasonably. The talk does not say buying land is always a bad idea. But if that is your first money you get and you have no chances of getting money in the near future, starting a business on rented land or using your parent's land may be a good idea as to be assured of continued cash flow and later on you can keep on buying your own land. Buying land is almost always a good idea, but not always as the whole talk elaborates. Listen carefully from the beginning to the end .

By the time the project is into it's second year you may then up to 500 birds, employ one or two more hands and make the initial employee a manager of some sort .
If you're struggling to buy 500 birds it will be a shattering struggle if the birds start dying. 200 birds are easier to manage to get used to being a poultry farmer.

Nowadays this life need cash flow to grow and multiply your money. That's your opinion, and I respect it, but I don't agree. Some people succeed with land as their first investment, while others don't; every business has its risks, so just follow your instincts, and if it works, great if not, it's just part of the learning experience.

There is something spirtually wrong about buying land. We must avoid investing too much of energies into any one thing. You loose balance in life. When you buy land it will take a lot of your attention that you could have used for other things. Land can even cause a lot conflicts in the family after you are gone.

That's your unique case cause you had a trustworthy relative plus one thing you keep off your discourse is that you have a filthy rich business partner. That doesn't however mean you don't have great practical points!

Actually if you want to go into farming you can lease instead of buying because you May not be able to afford acres of you need.

This is context-dependent. If you want to farm short-term crops and when the price to buy land is too high to buy. But if you are farming long-term crops and if the price is $100 per acre, I would rather buy and own it to avoid future conflicts.

Do not buy an asset with your pressure money if you are thinking of long term
