Great information Doc, however lets not also deny that for the everyday average person, it takes a long time rto grow the money and knowledge to invest in a business. So during that growing period, the "safest" option is to use banks or micro finances while learning. With the aim of eventually getting to the point where they can invest in businesses. Daniel which Bank do you put ypur money in this beautiful country UGANDA, Africa 🌍? It's good to put your money in the Central Bank of Uganda as you are a very wealthy Farmer . You lend to Central Bank ad a Treasury bills or Treasury Bonds for specified oeriods of time and you will be paid interest. Uganda now uses Mobile money banking systems and they charge a percentage off your money in mobile money taxes too and transfer charges . But that's how economics works in the World of Money 💰🤑.
Great idea but let me correct one misleading point. If you put you money in a saving account, it doesn't decrease. The actual may depreciate in value over time but the amount deposited will be the same.
Monthly charges made me think am depositing my money on a different account just coz ov absconding some few months I had to go and claim for a bank statement and ov I was charged again xo banking is my last resort
The idea is not to keep it for keeping purposes. For you it's most likely cash flow. So it makes sense to use the bank...since its what the systems have developed. Trade ideally depends on banks. But not to just keep it safe.
The government helps maintain this system of theft, fortunately in Brazil it is gradually ending, a law here requires free checking accounts and free debit cards, competition between digital banks also created credit cards with no annual fee, banks are competing by customers and we are being a little more respected, but never delay paying someone or they will destroy you.
Hahahaha!🤣 Have you ever thought of how much it costs to run a bank? Consider the costs of renting and equipping the premises, the operation costs including hiring competent personnels, systems, technology, and security to ensure that banking services are efficient and effective. In addition to, hiring competent lawyers to ensure that the money they loan their clients are paid back!😢
