Thank you Dr. for sharing your insights, I too read the book and my mind couldnt reconcile with the working too hard part, because that's what got them the cushion of wealth to afford nurses and a bedside help, there has to be a balance of rest and work as you mentioned. hardwork can be analysed, if you have no time to eat, work into wee hours of the night, no days off, no time at home, then thats detrimental, that kind is doing your mind and body bad, people should read the book to see the lives of these people, to understand and implement better. Thank you for the summary.
