    Hey, I want to multiply this recipe by 1.5 more, can I substitute those added amounts of butter with coconut oil? ( like 100grams with butter and rest with coconut oil)

    Chef, can I ask ? If i want to mix with vegetable oil - any suggestion for the compositition of butter and oil?

      Hello there, you can try half butter and half vegetable oil, or any ratio you like. You can first whip the soften butter , or melt the butter, and then whip the oil, melted butter, sugar and eggs together, until all ingredients are combined. 😊

      Hi there, you can use both the top and bottom heating rods (also known as top and bottom heat) in your oven. This helps ensure even baking and browning.
      If your oven has a fan (convection), it’s also a good idea to use it to promote even heat distribution. 😊

      Store when completely cooled. A cake will only stay fresh for up to three or four days. 😊

      Hello there, the best way to adjust recipes is to use the conversion factor method. It depends on the size of pan you use. If you just want to increase the flour to change the taste for example, then it will takes time to bake and test to find out the ideal ratio of ingredients. 😊

    I put it 200c 15 min then 160c 22 min. But after decrease heat, middle of cake went down. Whats wrong ?

      In this case, there are two possibilities. One is the oven door is opened when reducing the temperature, and the other is the temperature of the oven is too low. The way to improve is to ensure that the oven has reached the preheated temperature. You can use an oven thermometer. Once the oven temperature has reached, let it rest for half a minute to allow the heat to be more evenly distributed before baking. 😊

      你好,細砂糖在加入麵糊攪拌時不會全部融解,有一半或部份會在烘烤時融化,這樣就會產生一些細小的孔洞,簡單講就是質地沒有糖粉細緻,但味道不會受影響。😊

    Az önce yaptım.Pişirme derecesinde bir sıkıntı olduğunu düşünüyorum.
    200 derece çok fazla geldi.Üzeri hızlı bir şekilde yandı.
    Daha sonra ısıyı düşürdüm.
    Ama kekin ortası çöktü.

      Fırınınızın sıcaklığını kontrol edin.
      Alt rafta pişirin, üstü yanmadan içi pişer.
