Arcanine is not obtainable in emerald, the only way to get one is to trade one from another game. Makes one wonder what other aspects of this run are illegitimate🤔
This video is impossible. Unless you were EXTREMELY lucky. Checking the same frames for 6300 attempts to finally magically find a torch if in those same frames. Then to find a 2nd shiny in the same day. The way RNG works in emerald makes the seed always go to 0 when you start the game (soft reset) The shiny frames never change. So to find that torchic on the same frames after 6300 is just a blatant lie

You can sr shiny hunt legendaries in emerald. Just takes longer. Or you run, exit the room come back in and it generates a entire new entity of that legendary pokemon.

With emerald's broken rng Im pretty sure youd just keep seeing the same pokemon unless you had an early shiny frame. Which with the Torchic his file had an early shiny frame so I was just curious because we never saw the natures of the torchic, anorith, and rayquaza to see if they were clones. Only the Anorith's

1. Im confused as to how you grinded all 6000 resets for the torchic in one day and continued to get some other gym badges in one day, considering your shirt never changed until then, or did you just speed up the game
2. You seemed to get the wurple pretty fast considering your level, were you running away or were you just lucky
3. You already broke your own rule in the 3rd gym battle you had a third pokemon. Is there a reason why? if It was to use it as an HM slave I think thats a rule broken and it's pretty disingenuous to not tell people you did.
4. did you do this live? If so is there a vod. The reactions look fake in my opinion and added on but thats just me being suspicious.

2. shinies can appear at any time. they also could've made themself a system for grinding to find it.
3. how would you prefer them to traverse a game? they need HMs to get to the end. also, you don't get to make the rules for an individuals run. you're not the OG shiny challenge creator and there's different shiny challenges.

He doesn't count as a "use" because he doesn't send it out in battle. Same reason you can have a second pokemon in a solo run if there's a required double battle, as long as you take it out/dont actually attack with it

In RS yes you have to have a fresh battery but in emerald it doesn't matter if the battery is dead or not. In emerald if you want to SR for a starter you have to reset a fresh save file every 50-100 resets. The rng in emerald is weird, and based on frames and seeds vs just the secret I'd. Basically, since the uploaded got an early shiny frame in their save they can Sr for almost any pokemon in the game using Frame manipulation. I would almost put money on it that they used that early Frame, which imo is rng manipulation and not legit.
