Fun fact: Atilla Dorn (lead singer) studied classical opera at the music academy of Bucharest in Romania. Hence why he has such a majestic and powerful voice.

Sanctified with dynamite is another which makes it quite obvious they are not too serious about the religious theme :)

@@ThomFoolery1 as soon as it came up on my phone i was like "ermm, yes please" 😂 we'll let someone else make a suggestion as i don't wanna control all your reactions haha but there a few powerwolf songs that are just badass if you fancy it. Like army of the night or incense and iron 😊

They do some really great songs. If you want a hilarious one try "resurrection by errection" but they also do serious songs like "killers with a cross"
Attila has a very unique technique of stretching words ^^ And yes they always wear the makeup =)
Also fun story - i know their pianist (organ?) guy personally from his job, well "know" is too much he attended 2 of my classes XD

Powerwolf is the shit. Attila is a classically trained opera singer. His voice is like no other. Powerwolfs whole aura is very tongue and cheek power metal with symphonic elements. Their sound is big. But nothing is forced. They're very theatrical. Known for big powerful catchy choruses. Its in your face. They're even better live!!
And they explore sexuality, occultism, and religion through Catholicism, the Lycan (Werewolves) and Vampire mythos. And having a good laugh at it. It's not intended to be taken too seriously. They're fun!! Im sure others can explain it better. But I think you'll love them!!!
