Great video mate. The grip strength section is really interesting. Having just got myself kitted out with a Gumtree sourced weight bench and bar in the garage; I think something to hang off is the next thing to sort. In terms of other stuff on the list, I guess things like blood pressure and cholesterol would be great thing to know as well wouldn't it?. I haven't a clue about either but it looks like you can get cholesterol home tests which could be a good thing to get, especially if family members suffer with it. Get a pair of rings - I love them! Super cheap and you can adjust the height to do various exercises. Love it. @@1stElement ah thanks mate. I will have a watch of that. I'll be honest, all i know about Choloesterol is what Vorderman told me on the adverts which is all very margarine based 😂. That is a great shout on the rings - I will get some to hang from the rafters - I knew there was a reason (other than laziness) to why I didnt plasterboard the ceiling. Yeah miss you too mate. A trio of metric for you my good man so my Garmin set my VO2 max at 49 same as you, I did my dead hang test yesterday 2 minutes and 3 seconds so thing where looking up until I pricked me finger this morning and got a 5.2 so I’m too damn close to the danger zone and will be making some dietary changes. Thanks for making this vid my friend
Good numbers! Ok so blood sugar - two things - one, do it fasted every morning g for a week and see how it fluctuates - I wouldn’t base it off one test - and two - 5.3 is good - .1 is quite a jump anyway so I would panic but BUT if does try changes can improve that anyway then just damned well go for it. I am working f hard in my deadhang!!
@@1stElement I need to focus on my dead hand I don’t really fancy loosing, even to you, or a 10 minute ice bath. Thanks for the feed back I will keep testing it day my for a week, I’m not at panic levels but if I can take some small steps to day by filling my veg hole with better things I will be far better off in the long run my friend.
