- This new Pan-American BB line costs you a fortune, but it's also absolutely hilariously busted. From a game that used to hate pay2win, having a line this broken hidden behind a paywall is pretty brutal.

Great speed, great maneuverability, built in accel mod, good conceal, insane secondaries, decent guns and an insane funny button and commander. Oh and a citadel that is a pain to reach. I just walked all over silver ranked in this thing today, absolute monster.

@@mertc8050german BBs just have farmable superstructure. When you can do reliable damage no matter the angle then the ship isnt that good
They needed to sell you new ships.
So they gut and power creep the old ones.

Geman battlecruisers need a buff now probably in hp department... Schlieffen needs way closer to 100k hp now to compete.
the turning circle + rudder shift is just bonkers.
edit: this might be the first ship EVER, where the improved detection of torps is a viable perk to become basically untorpable.Its easier to torp a BB with hydro active, than these friggin things.
Because it has built in acceleration mod, you can slot rudder module on it, taking its rudder down to 10.4s. This means you have faster ruddershift than Neptune, Donskoi, Tulsa, Brindisi, Santander, Drake, Roon, countless other cruisers and ofc all supercruisers. Peak WG design.

@@Flamuu Cruisers are obsolete. Why play them when you have battleships that are faster more agile more heavily armed and armored and don't get one shot by CVs
@@Veskhaiand shells that almost guarantees to deal damage because having ability to deal damage regardless of where you hit is privilege provided by overmatch. Also HE shell existed that provide you with bigger range of guaranteed damage
Hold on, these pan American BBs aren't OP and are actually super weak since they are weak to torps according to reddit (no other BBs are weak to torps btw)
Except you are one of the best to avoid them entirely with enhanced acceleration, turning circle and rudder shift
Most effective strategy I've seen against them is to kite and spam HE outside of their secondary range. Won't work against sniping unicums.

Los andes is *SLIGHTLY* bigger than Alaska ( in a way that are hardly noticeable ) Having half acceleration time, rudder and turning radius is the same ( as in actually copy-paste number ) And surprisingly almost identical DPM enhanced by bigger overmatch

i mean mostly how greatly the game feels in terms of balance. Last time i played i think 8 months ago and i really feel like game is not improving

Fun fact the tier 10 has better acceleration than Vermont with higher top speed, basically Thunderer turning, and a 65% penetration heal. Lmfaooo
i'm so afraid to play this line too much in case i earn some bad habits charging in like monkeys with other ships
These new ships always there to teach some bad habits. 30s ( or generally any fast turning ) turret turning mean you don't have to anticipate enemy moves as you can react to enemy as they appear. Superb maneuverability mean it's easier to dodge anywhere instead of actually find good position to minimise incoming. Small hitbox and absurd armour mean less punishing when played wrong as you are harder to be hit and if one does, harder to deal significant damage
German ships in this game btw 🤣
At this point WG could remove everything german and you wouldnt even notice cause its utterly irrelevant.
German DDs especially the T10s are really good right now. Only Prince Eugen is playable for the CAs rn

just finished a supership random, and my buddy in a hannover was fighting one of these for about 5 mins straight....the fire chance is crazy and it burned him to the ground.
This could be matched against a Yorck, despite being already very good against T10s (imho). T9 MM slowly getting back the "worst MM interval" crown again, yeet!
Watching this I couldn't believe it is a BB. This thing accelerates and drifts like a tricked out Supra. What on Earth were they thinking making this ship lol
On the bright side, this will be in tech tree in a few weeks so everyone can enjoy it

I was getting killed a lot by this thing playing my T8 light cruisers, was wondering what kind of tumor WG cooked up this time...
This new line violates cruisers the seccies hit as hard as cruiser main guns.
It's actually crazy how many things in this line (and commander) are just horribly balanced. It gets even more sad when you compare these ships to others such as Vanguard (can't believe we even powercrept its ruddershift lmao), Atlantico, older German secondary BBs, and the list goes on. This line would have been strong even without the random, last minute buffs that weren't even tested.

Give the 234's H4 base reload.
I'd say nerf the secondary reload and give them an actual citadel.

Not to mentioned the Brazilian ones has insane Acceleration. Like seriously playing Kiting as her is literally insane. Because it is really hard to predict her speed. Her secondaries also quite decent but I felt like the whole line is force to use Secondaries where this thing actually also quite decent to play as a Kiting ship. Shame really.

Imo they're way too fast, slow them down to 26kts, scale the acceleration accordingly, and I'll be happy

I'm not sure yet how to feel about these pan americans. Of course the secondaries are strong but they aren't fast shooting and not as precise as the schlieffens. I farmed way more points with my schlieffen. Plus the torps for closequarters and the hydro against DD's makes it way more alroundish. I was very looking forward for a Schlieffen compareble ship. But it's way more boring to play and didn't fulfill my expectations. Such videos feels like payed ads😅
Except they're litteraly as accurate as Schlieffen....... And they have much more penetration........ And better firing angles...... And better range when F button is active.....
@@Axel23410 but in ranked enemies are evading the secondaries, so the schlieffens can react quicker to direction changing and hit quicker. Why did I always have way more points with the secondaries of my schlieffen, when the pan americans should be equal like you said?
Is T9 a big upgrade from the T8? T8 feels so squishy and I got cit by 431mm guns from range when angled away.
