    Best darn kawasaki muel 3010 axel replacement on RUclips and looked to be for sure the easiest one 👌

    Thankyou very much! Exactly what I needed to know how to do today! Hopefully you'll be able to guess what I need to do next tomorrow!

    Great video
    You forgot to mention the the Allen bolts that holds the axle to the front differential

      Thank you. I realized that after I uploaded it but I figured people could figure it out since you have to transfer the flange to the new axle anyways.

    Well it was almost the perfect 3010 mule video, except he didn't mention anything about prison, or momma, trains, or getting drunk.......

    Next time bring either the tools closer or the mule closer to each other less time running back and forth between both but nice job also showing how you got that peace out would’ve been nice thanks for sharing anyways

    The tricky thing with this job is unbolting that flange, most UTVs are not designed with a flange like this!

      I like this system better. The axle never gets stuck in there like on a Polaris, Honda, canam, etc.

      Exactly! It’s genius, you just have to know to do it!😂

    Liked it, simple, quick and no BS. Also are you running dewalt 20v on harbor freight cordless ratchet? Very cool

      Thank you. Yes it’s a 3/8” long reach from HF with a dewalt 12v battery. There’s a guy on RUclips that shows you how to modify the tool to work with the battery. Been using it for about 3 months pretty hard and it’s been solid so far. Dewalt still hasn’t released a electric ratchet so stuck with this for now. Lol

      It’s probably 40 years old so I am not really sure where it came from. Parts store or Amazon should have something similar

    do you have to put geese on any of these parts?

    • @atvrepairsandmore2482
      @atvrepairsandmore2482  Год назад +1

      You can put some on the splines on the hub side but I wouldn’t put much because you don’t want to fling grease on the brake shoes.

      Sorry I don’t know what they are. I just do it by feel since I’ve done so many. I don’t have a parts manual or else I would have listed it. Might be able to find it online
