Thanks for this. I used an unraveled paper clip to poke through any debris. All working now. 😀

Great video! I actioned all of the steps, unfortunate it didn’t solve the issue, but I can eliminate one potential issue off the list
I wasn’t able to refit the 2 x plastic screw to the boot door handle area. Any suggestions on how I can make that work? Tried everything but it just can’t seem to catch the hole 🤷🏻‍♂️

Olá, consegue me ajudar com uma dúvida? Tenho um BMW 545i ano 2006 v8 motor n62... Ela não mantém a pressão do combustível . Chega a 3,5 bar com o motor funcionando. Quando desliga rapidamente cai a pressão. O quê pode está acontecendo?

After 2 years of owning my 116i after following your steps i can finally see water coming out 😂 only problem is I noticed a bit of a leak coming out of the mechanism. I opened it after undoing 5x T10 screws and inside was DISGUSTING, so rusty and it had a lot of type of grease or something. I’m thinking to replace it, from dealership it’s £155, bmw used VALEO parts and from AUTODOC I can see the VALEO brand costs £44 pounds. I’m thinking to go for it. At the end of the day it will do the same job right?

If they are left blocked they can start to leak internally inside the housing. Veleo replacement will be fine (better than the one on the car right!)

What if i broke the plastic cover? Can I buy a new one from somewhere or does it come with a whole new motor or just new wiper?

Nvm, found it and just for 7€. Hopefully your cleaning trick works and wont have to buy a whole new replacement motor
