We were looking for a cheap whelping box for home birth for our upcoming boxer puppy births. We decided to buy a foldable kiddie pool. It is easy to setup, clean and store.
We used the pool primarily for the birth and to help with cleanup. We moved puppies out of the way when it was time for delivery. We had another box that we used for after the birth that had pig rails on it.
