everyone's mother tongue brings accent to a foreign language. thats nothing to b ashamed of or being horrible. if the Latinos or Italians speak English with their heavy accent, n they don't seem horrible, then we Indians will never seem so as our country speaks many languages n also we r great with our English speaking prowess n our cooking skills. Madhura is very talented n speaks perfect English. stop being abusive of her accent n learn the recipes she teaches.
Hi Madhura....what a fantastic suggestion to roast salt.....this recipe looks delicious. I usually finish eating my pickles in 3-5 days so marinating the pickle for 2 weeks is difficult :-) Question: What kind of oil do you use?
